Shipping - original artwork

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

We use a professional artwork packaging and shipping provider, which is a signature required service. Please provide a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your artwork during delivery hours (9am to 5pm weekdays). Artworks will not be delivered to Private Bag or PO Box addresses. However, artworks can be shipped to the nearest depot, and held safely for you to collect.

The delivery time is estimated at 2–6 working days from when the artwork is dispatched.

When you sign for a parcel, you are acknowledging that you have received the artwork in good condition. Please inspect your artwork as soon as possible. Contact us within 3 business days if there is a problem.

You are most welcome to collect your artwork in person from the studio (located in rural Manawatu/Rangitikei). Please select “studio pickup” at checkout, and we will be in touch to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL

Works on paper - unframed/unmounted

These are shipped in a tube or flat, depending on the size, which is indicated at checkout.

Works on canvas or board

International shipping rates depend on the destination country/location and the size and weight of the items in the order. We use a professional artwork packaging and shipping service to ensure your artwork arrives safely. We will communicate with you via email regarding any necessary details and you will receive a separate invoice with the shipping cost to be paid before the artwork is shipped.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

You will be asked to provide a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item during delivery hours (as relevant for your location). Please ensure that all address details are correct. Please also inspect your artwork as soon as possible. Contact us within 3 business days if there is a problem.

In the unlikely event that no suitable shipping option is available and we’re unable to ship the item to you, we will provide a full refund.

Please note that you are responsible for compliance with all relevant local laws and any import duties or sales taxes that may be applied to your order at the port of entry. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the costs will be or pay any taxes or duties on your behalf. Please contact your local customs authority should you need further information.

Shipping - prints and reproductions

Prints and reproductions are shipped either in a tube or flat directly from the printer. This is a professional service, and all care is taken to package and sent items safely.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage during shipping as this is out of our control, but we will work with you to resolve the issue.
